Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date of products purchased. Please email your returns to: email@example.com with the: order number/style number of the returned/exchanged products and the reason for the return/exchange. We will respond to you with further instructions.
If you have ordered the wrong size(s) or incorrect product(s) (ex. you ordered a men’s denim instead of a women’s denim), you may ship the product(s) back to LYDA Collective at your own expense. LYDA Collective will not be responsible for any shipping costs in this case. LYDA Collective can fully refund you for all product(s) returned OR can exchange the returned product(s) for the correct product(s). In the event of an exchange, the customer will be required to pay for shipping, duties and taxes on the exchanged product(s).
In the case where products you’ve ordered have not been delivered to you or products delivered have been lost or damaged, LYDA Collective will take the responsibility of all shipping costs and refund you, as long as the products returned uses a carrier that guarantees the risk of loss or damage and as long as you’ve contacted us prior to shipping the products through the email listed above.
LYDA Collective has the right to refuse a returned product if the product has been removed from the original packaging, tags have been removed or the product has been worn (other than just trying it on). If a product has been defective it will be replaced with NO charge with the same product or you will be given a store credit of the same value of the defective product.
Upon receiving a product, the amount debited from your credit card from lydacollective.com in regards to the product, EXCEPT delivery charges, will be refunded as quickly as possible, on condition that the product was returned by you and received by lydacollective.com in the original state that it was delivered to you.
For all SALE items: Any product purchased at a sales price is a FINAL SALE. There are no exchanges or returns on SALE items.
